🧁 Legal Notice – Cuppy Cupcakes & Cakepops

Operated by Miane Kleynhans  Boksburg, Gauteng

Cuppy Cupcakes & Cakepops is currently operating as an informal sole proprietorship and is not yet registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). All business activities are conducted in good faith and in accordance with South African consumer protection standards.

We accept orders via social media, email, and WhatsApp. All orders are fulfilled on a collection-only basis from our fixed location in Boksburg. Delivery services are not currently available.

🎂 Order & Refund Policy

• Orders require a minimum notice period of 3 to 7 working days prior to collection.
• If cancellation occurs within the same week as the scheduled collection, a 40% refund will apply.
• If cancellation occurs 1 to 2 weeks before collection, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days.
